Umm, dude, Miley really did pose somewhat nude for that photo. Annie Lebowitz is an amazing photographer and has done some brilliant tasteful work in the past, so she obviously talked Miley (and dad Billy Ray) into doing it, but whoever messed with the photoshop or what not did a HORRIBLE job with the smeared lipstick and all that. The picture you have with the dog is an outtake from the set. When Miley said she was embarassed before the photo even came out, I laughed, but when I saw the photo, I completely understand where she's coming from and I feel bad for her.
